Garden to Table - In the Kitchen

The latest session of Garden to Table saw us making Borscht Soup with beetroot.  This is an Eastern European speciality and can been eaten both hot and cold.  For most of the class this was their first taste of Borscht.

Verdict:  Most students devoured more than one bowl.  So that means a thumbs up!!!
